MAP Pricing
What is 'MAP' pricing?
Several manufacturers require us to advertise their products at MSRP or another
factory-established price. This is referred to as minimum advertised pricing
(MAP).

Do you validate credit card use/authenticity?
Yes. For your protection and ours, a representative from our accounting
team may be in contact with you via telephone to verify your use of this credit
card. This is typically a one-time verification.
When will my order be shipped?
Since we have such a large in-stock inventory, we are able to ship most
orders within 24 business hours, (holidays and weekends excluded), pending
credit verification. Please note that expedited shipping methods do not
decrease this order processing time.
How do I change quantities or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to make changes to quantities,
help you make another selection or cancel your order. Please call and
speak with your Account Executive to make the necessary changes. (866)

How do I track my order?
Once orders have shipped from One Source Industries, you may use the
tracking number we email you (typically within 24 hours of product shipment) to
track your order progress or sign into your account and check your tracking
status. Any questions, please call us!!
When will my back order arrive? Back ordered items are those, which our suppliers are unable to predict when
they will have more in stock; but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship
them to you.
I didn't receive my order when expected. What do I do?
When your order ships, we will notify you via an email that will include
your tracking number. Some products may be on back order. To determine order
status, you may track your order progress by logging in to your account or by
calling us at (866) 926-6852.
Returns
How do I return or exchange a product?
It's easy; just call us at (866) 926-6852. Returns may be subject
to a restocking fee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for
details.
An item from my shipment is missing or broken. What do I do?
Please report any missing or damaged items to us as soon as possible at (866)
926-6852. Any claim of missing or
broken items must be made within 2 days of product receipt.
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
Please report any mis-shipments to us at (866) 926-6852.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Since we have such a large in-stock inventory,
we are able to ship most orders within 24 business hours, (holidays and weekends
excluded), pending credit card verification. Please note that expedited
shipping methods do not decrease order-processing time.
Where are my products shipped from?
We have several distribution warehouses throughout the United States. A
significant percentage of product ships from Tampa, FL. Please know that
we may ship product from one or more locations depending on various
factors. If you need product on a specific date, please select one of our
expedited shipping options.
Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Due to fraud associated with APO/FPO, we may require payment via bank wire to
process orders using APO/FPO. We apologize and thank you in advance for your
understanding.
Can you ship to post office boxes?
Due to fraud associated with PO box addresses, we cannot ship to them.
Please arrange to have products shipped to your physical address–either home or
business.
